Currently, the cabin resides at the historic Fanning River Station which has links to the settlement of Townsville through John Melton Black - Townsville's first Mayor. 

This 3 bedroom solid timber cabin comes with french doors, timber lourves and a front verandah. The cabin will make an exciting small renovation project. 

Features hardwood timber floors and walls - peel the fibro cement sheeting away and reveal the honest arcitecture. 

It does not come with a bathroom or kitchen. 

The stockmans cabin would be ideal as a beach shack, granny-flat or second accommodation option for teenagers still living at home.
