Built in 1908 and orginally from Hughenden this Church Hall was used for an array of community activies. Ideally this will make the perfect teenagers retreat or a subordinate dwelling for guests. Or simply, parents retreat. The building is 115 years years old and is in excellent condition. Dimensions are 6.7m wide and 14m long.

Price Includes a transport allowance (100klm zone) and re-stumping allowance (450mmx900mm deep footing. 900mm to floor height).

Extra costs apply if transporting to Magnetic Island.

Price does not include:

Meals, travel and accommodation.

Organising building certifiers, council plans or approvals or any additional fees, energy efficiency or sustainable building approvals/reports/certificates.

Reconnection of services eg: electricity, gas, sewerage and water.

Refitting stairs or awnings pulled down for the removal process. All due care will be taken to ensure the awnings are detached from the building, however due to the construction of the awnings we cannot guarantee the awnings will not break, split or crack.

Re-connecting or re-installing air-conditioning units (installation, plumbing and electrical).
