This 19th Century Settlers Cottage comes with a lot of charm that has somewhat been covered over by a recent renovation. More than likely to try and modernise this 120 year cottage. It would take no effort to strip away the plaster board and the reveal horizontal and vertical chamfer boards that line the walls.

We have given her a quick freshen up with brand new cladding that is already primed and ready for you to paint with your choice of colours, brand new bearers, cyclone rod up-grade and brand-new window sills.

This cottage does not come with a bathroom however it does have three bedrooms you could easily convert or, re-instate the back built on ground area.
