Refitting stairs or awnings pulled down for the removal process. All due care will be taken to ensure the awnings are detached from the building, however due to the construction of the awnings we cannot guarantee the awnings will not break, split or crack.

Re-connecting or re-installing air-conditioning units (installation, plumbing and electrical).

New wiring.

Roof insulation.
