There are many people who plan to relocate their house or shift to another place and buy a new house there. But the fact is that they are unable to do so due to the lack of quality companies in their region that offers the services of house removal. As a result, they usually drop their plan. How do we relocate a house?
Using hydraulic custom-made trailers to manoeuvre and lift where necessary. Jo and her team can move your house onto any site effortlessly. Generally homes can only travel in one section when they are no greater than 8.5m wide. Homes wider than 8.5m will need to be cut into 2 or more sections.

All consideration is taken to the aesthetics of the building and all sections of the house when loading, the house is tied down to the trailer to secure for transport.

Where a part of the roof has been removed to reduce height; the unloading, re-joining, and roof placement are completed with precision.

Who organises the foundations?
Stumping prices are usually attached to your quotation, however if you purchase a house from our website then low-set stumping is included in this price. If you are stumping the home high-set to 3000mm above ground you would pay for the extra height difference from 900mm to 3000mm.
Council Approvals
This involves liaising with the relevant council to obtain building approval. Council approval is required before moving your house. Once your building approval has been issued, we can then obtain a road permit with all of the relevant third-party approvals in order to relocate your home. We then organise the police escorts and pilot vehicles for the relocation.
After Delivery
You will need to arrange for the re-connection of power, water and sewerage. As well as re-installation of awnings , stairs and air-conditioning if required.
